Our CAMP was a 4-day free online event, which served as a means to connect a variety of stakeholders in the P/CVE space, but CAMP was also a way for us to share our tools, resources and encourage organisations working (directly or indirectly) with young people to try to play their own Social City Game or conduct youth-led social media campaigns.
Not only has this helped us further refine our tools for local context, but we strongly believe this work to be meaningful to the young people that conduct or interact with our campaigns and games, but it also provides each organisation an opportunity to explore additional ways to interact with the young people they support to create bring about often tough discussions and create necessary change.
We aim to gather and build a network of individuals and organisations working with youth and helping to strengthen and empower future generations. The Game Changer Community’s aim is to collaborate and share how technology through games and campaigns – both online and offline – can be used to empower young people and build resilience to violent extremism and polar ideologies.
This event was open to NGO/CSO representatives, academia, activists, industry experts, and community leaders, who are supporting young people in becoming more open-minded and engaged citizens that create change in their local communities.
Post Game Changer’s CAMP, we were happy to announce that we are currently selecting subcontractors to provide us Services Proposals in response of our Call for Tenders. We are seeking organisations to replicate and localise our activities in the form of our Social City Games, Social RPGs or Youth-Led Social Media Campaigns.
If an organisations Service Proposal is accepted, the Game Changer project team will provide all necessary trainings and reimburse costs up to 5,000 euro. To learn more about our activities, check out our activities leaflet, to learn more about our Call for Tenders then check out PLAY A GAME or BUILD A CAMPAIGN!
Read through our activities and submit a service proposal!
Just because you missed our event, doesn’t mean you can’t access each and every recorded session below
